August A. Rempkowski, 62, of Honesdale, formerly of Pike County died Friday, June 17, 2022 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, after an illness. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Helwig. They were married for 41 years. Gus is also survived by two daughters, Heather Marie Rempkowski and Kelly Ann DiBattista; and three grandchildren. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
