William J. Chesna

William J. Chesna, 50, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on June 8, 2020 at his home. Born July 26, 1969 in Mechanicsburg, PA, he was the son of William T. Chesna of Bethany, PA, and the late Carol (Skripka) Chesna who passed away earlier this year. In addition to his father, he is also survived by his two children, Jake William Chesna, age 16, and Mary Jacqueline Chesna, age 11; and Jacqueline J. Chesna, the mother of his children. William was also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Chesna in 2018. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM in Jenkins-Howell Funeral Home, Inc. Edward R. Howell, Funeral Director, 269 Belmont Street, Waymart, PA 18472 with Rev. Michael Lyle officiating. Friends may visit on Friday at the funeral home from 6:00 PM till the time of service. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There will also be a memorial held in Long Island, NY at a date to be determined.
