Theresa Yanacek

Theresa Yanacek, 96, of Abrahamsville passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at UPMC in Harrisburg, PA. Her husband, Frank Yanacek preceded her in death in 1990.

Born November 6, 1926, in New Brunswick, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Susanna (Waldmann) Them.

She is survived by three children: Frank James Yanacek and his wife Susan of Midland, TX, Susan Cole of Lykens, PA, and Walter Yanacek and his wife Debbie of Abrahamsville; 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Hillriegel, and a brother, John Them.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Calkins Baptist Church, 527 Calkins Road, Milanville, PA 18443 with Pastor Lane Jones officiating. A dinner and a time of fellowship will follow the service.

Graveside Services were held in Hillside Cemetery, Damascus.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Theresa's memory to Calkins Baptist Church, 527 Calkins Road, Milanville, PA 18443.
