Michael M. Capasso, loving husband and son, passed away Sunday evening November 29, 2020 at the age of 55. Michael is survived by his devoted wife Bridget (Budgick) Capasso. Bridget and Michael were constant companions since they met more than 38 years ago and married in 1989. Together, they immensely enjoyed the companionship of their labradoodle, Quincy. Michael was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Pauline J. Budgick who adored him; his loving Grandparents Michael and Anita Capasso and Michael and Melba German. He is survived by his father and role model, former Deputy Chief Frank Capasso of the Trenton Police Department; his loving niece Saige Boundonna, along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of fun loving, dear friends.
Michael, a man who valued and respected traditions, was a lifelong resident of Hamilton, NJ and proudly served as a Trenton Police Officer for 25 years after which he and Bridget retired to Lake Ariel, PA. Michael loved the outdoors, spending countless hours on his boat on their community‘s lake. He enthusiastically shared his ability to create and build extravagant Halloween decorations that were enjoyed by his friends and family.
Memorial Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family after the current health pandemic is resolved.
