Helen V. Derrick

Helen V. Derrick, 91, of Waymart went home with her Lord on Wednesday evening July 6, 2016 at home. She is survived by her beloved husband of more than 69 years, Gerald J. Derrick. Born February 27, 1925 in Whites Crossing, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Lopatofsky Plevyak. She is also survived by six children: Karen Lopez of Lansdale, PA, Donald Derrick and his wife Pat of Pottstown, PA, Joseph Derrick and his wife Diane of Gilbertsville, PA, Dave Derrick and his wife Chris of Boyertown, PA, Jane Cohen and her husband Carl of Kansas, and Damien Derrick at home; 10 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-greatchildren; brothers and sisters. She was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters. Memorial Services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
