Alice A. Gilhooley

Alice A. Gilhooley, 90, a resident at Forest City Nursing Home passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, April 7, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband John Gilhooley. Born November 3, 1929 in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Jordan) Farley. She is survived by her daughter, Donna A. Miller of Waymart; three grandsons, Clint Utegg and his wife Lacey of Pleasant Mount, Jody Utegg of Waymart, and Daniel Miller of Waymart; and two great-grandchildren, Jack Utegg and Torey Utegg. Alice was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Waymart, at a later date. Interment will be in The Waymart Cemetery at Canaan Corners. Arrangements are entrusted to Jenkins – Howell Funeral Home, Inc. Edward R.
