Virginia N. Pauler, 75, of Aldenville, passed away on Friday morning, April 29, 2022, at Allied Hospice, after an illness. She is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Franklin Pauler.
Born May 1, 1946 in Honesdale, Ginny was the youngest of three children to Harry and Edna Cole Bowen. She was a graduate of Waymart High School and Wayne Commercial School. After raising her four children, she cared for her parents, grandchildren, and several other children.
Ginny enjoyed crocheting with the Happy Hookers, along with serving as an active member of the Aldenville Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband Frank, she is survived by two daughters, Jannette Wilcox and her husband Dennis of Beach Lake, Kimberly Romance Christman of Aldenville; and two sons, Jonathan Romance and his wife Heather of Lackawaxen, and Todd Pauler and his wife Sue of Waymart; ten grandchildren: Megan Rosler, Joshua Romance, Thad Romance, Jacob Christman, Brittney Romance Meglio, Zachary Romance, Jeremiah Pauler, Allie Pauler, Logan Pauler, and Liam Pauler; a sister, Ruth Ann Robbins and her husband Jim of Seelyville; cousins that were like siblings, Carol Faye, Judy Schott Sabo, and Bob Cole; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Carl Bowen.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Aldenville Baptist Church, 971 Creek Drive, Prompton, PA 18456 with Pastor William Mountain officiating.
Viewing will be on Thursday morning in the church from 9:30-11:00 AM.
Interment will be Thursday in Aldenville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ginny's memory to the Aldenville Baptist Church.
